Program Description

Windy Ridge Ranch offers a seasonal recreational therapeutic horseback riding program for individuals with disabilities and special needs by providing fun and educational opportunities to enhance the participant’s emotional, physical, and psychological development through the use of the horse. In addition, day camps and a pony club program are offered including a curriculum of classroom material, groundwork, and basic skills horseback riding lessons advancing the rider to the next level as they become proficient.
